48. Arugula
48. At Via Lago in Eastlake: arugula, apple, fets, pistachio with a lemon herb vinagrette. It was good but my personal preference would have been for more apple in bigger slices, and the same for the feta.
47. Greens and Watermelon
47. Mixed greens, watermelon, mint, sheep’s milk feta, olive oil, pear champagne vinegar, salt and pepper.
46. Greens and Papaya
46, Romaine, mixed greens, papaya, kiwi. Olive oil, pear champagne vinegar, lime juice, ground coriander. This was good, but maybe too tangy; more oil, less vinegar. Maybe some toasted coconut, maybe a little nutmeg.
45. Greens and Tomatoes
45. “Spicy Salad Mix” from Whole Foods, not sure why it’s called spicy, it’s a collection of different greens. Red, yellow, and purple little tomatoes, lots of cilantro, mint (mostly lost in the salad), some Swiss cheese. Oil, balsamic vinegard, and ground up cumin, fennel, and coriander.
