153. Salad Bar
153. Mixed greens, tuna salad, cucumber, red bell pepper, green peas, garbanzo beans, black olives, vinaigrette. It’s interesting how at a salad bar I want to put in lots of different things. Then it doesn’t have a distinct flavor. At home, I limit salads to greens, dressin, plus three or four things. If I do more than that, it’s kind of a mess.

152. Arugula, pear, blueberries, radicchio, feta, toasted pine nuts, mint. Olive oil and pear Champagne vinegar, salt and pepper.
