138. Belgian endive, radicchio, carrot, basil, fennel, parmesan cheese, olive oil and white balsamic vinegar. The white balsamic is more vinegary than the regular balsamic, and you should use less of it.

137. Mimmo’s in Little Italy has good food. The side salad with my spaghetti and meatballs was quite good. Many side salads are lettuce, a cherry tomato, and drenched in oil and vinegar. This was lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and I could drench it myself (or not).
