32. Mesclun and Berries

32. Bought too many strawberries. So: Mesclun, strawberries, blackberries, and toasted pistachios. Dressing: olive oil, pear champagne vinegar, a couple mashed up blackberries, a little cinnamon. I think I might pass on the cinnamon next time. I let the blackberries macerate in the vinegar for awhile. Next time maybe cardamom?
